Nights of Light, Romance

Jeannette and Chris’ wedding day was one of highlighting their love of friends and family and also each other. Joining lives in the hear of historic downtown Saint Augustine is always a fantasy come true, and we were so glad to have been able to be a part of their day.

We asked Chris and Jeanette to tell us a little about their wedding , and they told us. We had a wonderful, magical day! The skies cleared and the early evening ceremony was sunny and beautiful. Friends and family flew in from all over the country and we had a silly but elegant evening. The food was absolutely amazing and the wedding team worked together effortlessly—and maybe even had a little fun, too! Zach arrived at the Bed and Breakfast early and seamlessly fit right in with the wedding party as we finished with hair and makeup (expertly done by Keri and Carrie!). Zach’s humor and relaxed demeanor put everyone at ease all evening. Brian kept the party going with his ability to read the crowd and play songs to keep everyone on the dance floor. St. John’s Illumination created a beautiful curtain wall of lights that backlit our ceremony, as well as overhead lights that covered the ceremony seating. Elizabeth and her team from Chef’s Garden prepared an unbelievable grazing table that was a delicious, edible, work of art. They kept the delicious food coming with prime rib and ham carving stations, delectable sides, a hot cocoa bar, and even a s’mores station! Our coordinator Megan went above and beyond, working tirelessly to keep us on track and organized the entire day. We couldn’t have been happier with our special day and would highly recommend all of our vendors
