Mcdonough, Georgia Military Wedding with Classic Southern Flair

Rob and Katie chose the beautiful Hazelhurst House in the small charming town of Mcdonough, Georgia just a little south of Atlanta. The Hazelhurst House has a classic southern plantation home feel, lush gardens, and tons of historic charm which make it a fantastic wedding venue!

I first met Rob and Katie on the beach in St. Augustine when I helped Rob plan his proposal to Katie and photographed this cherished moment!

It was an honor to be part of this lovely couple's engagement and when they asked me to make the road trip to Mcdonough to be part of their big day I was thrilled. It is a very special privilege to be part of not one but two of the most significant moments of a couple's life together!

On Katie and Rob's wedding day the weather could not have been more perfect, and it was an outstanding day! They exchanged vows in the gardens at Hazelhurst House and after passing through the traditional sword arch and some family photos they celebrated into the night with friends and family!
