Saint Augustine Elopement - Joshua and Alandria at The Saint Francis Inn

Will You Be My Ride or Die?

Spring is in the air, and so is love. Our couple share a passion for motorcycles, and their meeting was more than star-crossed. We asked Alandria to tell us a little bit about their love story. and Josh and I both ride motorcycles, it was Daytona bike week in Oct. 2019. A couple of my friends decided to meet up with other riders (there’s safety in numbers when on the road) and ride together to Daytona. We met the other group at Perkin’s restaurant in Altamonte Springs.

There I shook his hand and introduced myself. (From what he tells me soon after that he was totally in love with me) We all got to Daytona safe and went to a bar. There we all talked and had a couple of drinks. Josh approached me and we started to have a really nice conversation. He told me about his daughter, his family and we exchanged some funny stories. He had to leave early because he had his daughter visiting at the time. I didn’t think I was going to see him again because I live in Orlando and he at the time lived in Deltona. Turns out a week later he attended a motorcycle meet we have here in Orlando every Thursdays. Some how we found our way to each other again (turns out he was looking for me and hoping he would run into me again). We all ended up going to a karaoke bar, my friends were being silly and singing while Josh and I started talking again. We exchanged numbers and a few days later he asked me out. The rest is history. He is truly a gem, I could not ask for a better partner.

We are so grateful that you asked us to be a part of your magical day. We wish you both a lifetime of happyness.
