BREAK A LEG!

When your wedding features a couple of talented performers, you know it’s going to be a fantastic day, and Derek and Aili certainly delivered. Their love radiates warmth, and I’d hop on a boat just to see them perform live! Surrounded by friends and family, they celebrated their special day at one of St. Augustine’s most enchanting venues, The Lightner Museum, wrapping up the evening with delightful dancing and waterfront dining at The Saint Augustine Fish Camp.

I asked them to share a bit of their love story: “We met on our way to our very first contract together as production singers for Royal Caribbean. Our paths crossed in the airport in Marseille, France. Aili's flight was delayed, causing her to miss her connection, and her luggage was lost—she was a bit flustered. But when she spotted Derek, she decided to approach him with a friendly smile. He introduced himself with a charming, ‘Hi, I’m Derek,’ and Aili melted into a puddle. The rest, as they say, is history! We’ve been singing and laughing together ever since.”
