Romance in the Nation's Oldest City - a surprise engagement proposal!
What better place than St. Augustine to propose marriage? Paul chose to ask for Maria’s hand in marriage near the historic fort where they shared cherished moments together before. Paul and I coordinated the timing and placement and with the help of text and google earth we had a plan in place for me to capture the moment when he dropped to one knee. After photographing the proposal itself, we did some engagement portraits around our beautiful city. We created photographs at the Castillo de San Marcos (the oldest masonry fort in the continental the United States), and with the famous Night of Lights display.
